Ma’Sheka Thomas
Founder
Ma’Sheka is a licensed yoga instructor teaching in various locations in Prince George’s County, MD. Currently, Ma’Sheka is an experienced 500 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor. She offers private lessons, group classes, virtual classes, and life coaching. Ma’Sheka received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration focusing on Leadership and Organizational Change. Ma’Sheka loves to read, write, hike, be with nature, and practice yoga. She believes yoga is a way of life as it has helped her with anxiety and managing stress. She is a blogger and author who encourages others to be their best self by spreading positivity with affirmations and sharing her light. Ma’Sheka is a certified Community Health Worker and a Tobacco Treatment Specialist, focusing on integrative approaches to assist others to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles. Her desire is to provide yoga services to disadvantaged communities to help them cope with different stressors and developing healthy practices.

Tekeshia is a dedicated and compassionate leader who brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Growing up in New York City gave her exposure into diverse communities which allowed her to gain first-hand experience of the effects of not prioritizing health. She then used this knowledge to fuel her passion for helping support and teach the importance of health to underprivileged communities. Through leadership roles, she has worked with and mentored individuals from all walks of life. She is focused on motivating others to become the best version of themselves through holistic efforts on the individual and community level.
Tekeshia has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s in Community Health Education, and a Doctorate in Healthcare Business Administration.
Avia Yudalevich

An innovative finance & operations executive with over 15 years of experience in global, omni-channel retail, Avia specializes in growing the annual net profit of high growth & mature Consumer Packages Goods (CPG) brands. Currently as a chief financial officer at Intrinsic Brand Inc. a women’s health CPG company, Avia is responsible for the overall strategic and operational finance direction of the company as it continues its path of rapid growth and expansion.
Prior to joining intrinsic, Avia held various financials roles across direct to consumer and wholesale companies, most recently she was an EVP of Finance and Operations North America in Global Brands Group, a member of Li& Fung Group, a global supply chain for consumer goods including trading, logistics, distribution and retail. In that role, Avia managed P&Ls, customer service, planning, logistics, warehousing and allocations, annual sales volume of +$500 million.
Prior to GBG, Avia was a financial controller at L'Oréal, managing the Kiehl’s brand, a cosmetic retailer that specializes in skin, hair and body care products. Kiehl’s distribution included eCommerce, free standing stores, outlet stores as well as wholesale, annual sales volume of +$300 million. Avia was a board member of West Place Animal Sanctuary, holds a Master of Science in Finance from FIU and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
