Through our Community Access program, a limited number of spots are reserved at each Self Care Sunday session for individuals who may be experiencing financial strain or who serve in community centered roles.

Each session includes up to five Community Access spots offered on a first come basis. These spots allow participants to attend the full experience at no cost.

Community Access is available for individuals such as:

  • Teachers

  • School counselors

  • Students and interns

  • Community health workers

  • Nursing assistants

  • Mental health peer support workers

  • Caregivers

  • Social workers

  • Case managers

  • Nonprofit and community based staff

  • Public service workers

  • Individuals currently experiencing financial hardship

If this opportunity would support your well being, you are welcome to request a Community Access spot during registration. A brief form will be included. No documentation is required.

Our goal is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience rest, reflection, and wellness support.
