Meet our Yoga Instructors

At AHY, we believe wellness should feel supportive, inclusive, and accessible. Meet the yoga instructors helping us create spaces for rest, movement, healing, and connection throughout the community.

Lundon Sweetney

Hey, I’m Lundon Sweetney <3.

I am a mother of two. A woman who has lived through trauma, grief, autoimmune disease, and the quiet ache of sometimes not feeling fully seen. I’ve rebuilt myself from the inside out more than once and learned to find beauty in my becoming. I am not just a yoga instructor. I’m a soul who has walked through fire, who still believes in joy, peace and love. I believe there’s power in remembering who you are and what you need. My desire is to always remind others that you are more than what you've overcome and  "There Is Life After."
